NO RESERVE, NO RESERVE BID TO WIN 5 DAY AUCTION! Up for sale is a super rare barn find, 454 BIG BLOCK 7.4 litter 2 WHEEL DRIVE, Original farm truck with original paint. Color Maple Orange 1976 454 GMC Sierra Grande 2 wheel drive Short bed Fleetside. Call (623) 296-7478 This a true Southern California Survivor with only 79000 original miles. This Farm truck was born and raised in Bakersfield California absolutely never seen snow has zero rust except for the usual place on Lower fenders. Never left the state of California, and still sports its original Blue personal plates. I bought this truck out of an estate sale where it was the original owner truck that has been sitting for over 20 years in his barn in Bakersfield. He was a airforce pilot instructor and used it for his personal enjoyment as his transportation to and from the Vandenberg airforce base in Lompoc CA. These 454 trucks are very hard to find in this condition, the patina compliments the age of this truck. Truck has never been abused or used for harsh work in any way. It has been always babied and cared after, never repainted or any major accidents. The original engine was rebuilt about 25 years ago the owners told me and it has the original numbers matching 454 engine. I have the most of the original broadcast sheet that I had found underneath the seat, as I was taking out the seat to recover the bottom cushion and to due a thorough cleaning and polishing after a 20 year sleep. The door panels was taken off and cleaned and painted back to the original caramel color. All metal was color sanded and buffed out to a mirror like finish to compliment the patina as well as the age of this truck. It has age so it will need some work, I took hood hinges off because they where bad and needs replacing, hood is also bent. This is a old truck not selling it as a trailer queen, needs fixing, so if your not a classic vehicle enthusiast this might not be for you. Bed has no dents at all and truck is as solid as you could find them. Perfect truck to restore or drive the way it is. This truck runs vary well but, the owner put a radiator in it and discoverd he didnt hook up the tranny and oil cooler correctly. I trained the tanks and had the cleaned with new fuel pump and starts right up, but it needs full service, I also put good used set of 235 75 r 15 radial white wall tires on it that I bought on craigslist, the other set was badly cracked and could no hold air. I am selling it as is where it is, Good Luck and Happy bidding!!PLEASE CALL IF YOU HAVE 0 FEEDBACK THIS IS A NO RESERVE AUCTION SO BID TO WIN! I HAVE THIS TRUCK LISTED LOCALLY FOR SALE AND COULD END MY AUCTION EARLY CALL ANYTIME IF YOU WANT TO SEE THIS TRUCK IN PERSON (623) 296-7478 JAMES On Jul-24-16 at 10:04:22 PDT, seller added the following information: I am going to let the auction play out to see what is the highest lucky bidder I'm going to hold off selling it locally so please bid with confidence! If you have zero or negative feedback or have to get permission to bid on this truck, and don't have all the cash ready please don't bid. There is too many internet trolls out there that bid and mess up potential buyers. This is a serious auction for serious buyers. This truck is 40 years old and has not seen the road since 20 years of its life in 1996 the truck will need some of mechanical attention so don't expect a turnkey perfect truck thank you and happy bidding!
