The Thunderbird spent the last 16 years in Oklahoma and was always garaged kept. The car has been in a continuing state of restoration for the last 20 years. This Thunderbird has went through 3 primary restoration periods, the first one in 1998 and the 2nd in 2011 and the 3rd in 2016. It is exceptionally nice condition, always loved, pampered, adult owned, well serviced, non-smoker and High-Octane gas always used. The car includes some of the recites for the latest restoration. The car had a 0 mile odometer installed in 2011 to commemorate the no expense spared restoration then and has traveled 1,740 miles from that moment. The car was last owned by a former WWII fighter pilot / oil company shuttle pilot in Oklahoma City. I he purchased it in 2000 from a dealer who acquired it from the original owner. The car was given to his son, shortly before his death then sold to me. The pilot owner completed the ground up restoration in 2011 on this original low mileage car. The 2nd owner did most of with work, but I came behind him with attention to detail, updates, and enhancement that brought the car to a higher level of excellence. This Thunderbird runs and drives correct, very reliable and is ideal for year round car club cruising events and car shows. This car can be driven anywhere in the US reliably.
