Sale is as-is. black leather interior , silver exterior, towing package1) engine seem to be in good condition for age of the vehicle- no obvious slips2) no check engine light on- just went through NJ inspection- tire pressure warning light comes on/ temperamental- very specific pressure range3) accident - no body frame damage/ no front end damage car tapped ( rear ended) after both vehicles already stopped so top speed maybe 5mph. Just damaged spare tire mount on back of car but was fixed through insurance and have been driving the car for years since other minor accident car was hit driver side rear tire and the axel/ wheel hub replace. low speed have been driving for 4 yrs since can provide name of repair companies if desired 4) Car is due for transmission fluid, possibly air condition recharge, tires replaced about 2 years ago so probably another 2 years left, breaks are driving fine and not making noise but pads probably due soon, there is a small rattle noise when going over bumps -does not affect driving ( likely the differential mount- common issue on rav 4 ) 5) we can certainly hold the car if paid for
