We DO NOT guarantee you NO WARNING LIGHTS on dashboard, since we don't own all the cars, trucks, etc. we have for sale, but re-sell and do not drive them long enough to see if any of the warning lights (such as check engine light for example) comes on. That means we don't want you to blame us for any warning light that might come on after you buy our cars, trucks, etc. and take it home.
All power equipment such as windows, mirrors, locks, radio, lights, brakes etc. are buyer's responsibility to have it inspected or ask us BEFORE the auction ends.
If you're concerned about rust, please have the vehicle inspected in person or arrange a third party inspection BEFORE THE AUCTION ENDS in order to avoid any misunderstanding regarding the rust condition. If you choose not to do so, by placing your winning bid you accept the vehicle as it is and take all the responsibility. Please, expect POSSIBLE little scratches, bug or rock marks, tiny dents or dings, paint and interior wear when purchasing used vehicle. During normal usage of the vehicle on either the highway or city, this wear is unavoidable. Please understand that you are purchasing a previously owned vehicle, which will have wear, so again, please refer to the pictures posted and if possible, make an appointment to inspect the vehicle yourself. Please note that we do our best to accommodate all of our customers. However, due to the fact that sometimes we sell more than 5 cars a day it is not always possible for us to arrange pick ups within the next couple of days after purchase. Therefore, please do not buy plane tickets or plan pick ups prior contacting us, and do not assume you can pick up vehicles the next days. That being said, we will try our very best to work around your schedule, and most likely be able to arrange for pickup whenever it’s convenient for you.

Fee and Tax Information: $50/day storage fee will be charged after two weeks of free storage, that is given under one condition only - the vehicle must be paid in full in timely manner (within 3 business days of the end of the auction).
The processing fee in the amount of $250.00 will be added to the total winning bid of each transaction. The fee is not negotiable and applies to everyone (private parties, businesses, car dealers, etc.) For all the PA residents and out-of-staters - this fee doesn't cover your taxes, registration and title transfer! You pay it separately when registering a vehicle in your name.
All the buyers are required to have their valid driver's license and valid proof of insurance upon picking up the vehicle.
$83.00 is a 30-day temp tag for all the non-PA residents if needed to drive home.
