1999 Mazda Miata MX5 up for auction at no reserve. Please read the entire description before bidding. Vehicle runs intermittently for about 20 seconds fine then shuts off. Started off running for about 20 minutes then would shut off. After vehicle would cool down it would run fine for another 20 minutes then shut off again. Now will only start every once in a while. Code im getting from the ECU are crankshaft position sensor intermittent And no data from CAM shaft position sensor. I have replaced the CAM shaft position sensor and still get the same codes. I am finished throwing money at it, my loss is your gain. The good.... Almost new top, new timing belt, new plugs, new plug wires, almost new tires and brakes, 1 year old battery, lots of service history, paint is in pretty good shape, there is a crack in the rear bumper cover about 5 inches long but not too noticeable, as seen in pictures and a faded spot on the passenger side of the hood. Interior is in typical shape of a car from this age with normal wear with no rips or tears. Please come by and look at the car before bidding. And make sure it is what you want. I am not a mecanic and can not tell you what is wrong with the car. I have bought a new toy and need to make room in the garage. No Reserve, email me any questions you may have. Buyer will need to have a trailer with a wench or roll back to pick up car. I will assist in loading. I will not ship. If you need it shipped it will be up to you to handle.
