2005 ford f250 diesel xlt with 121k autocheck shows one owner and no accidents. The truck has a big scrape down the right side (shown inpictures) it was used to plow snow.
Description:
This truck drives nice. It drives straight and doesn't pull to the left or right. The truck shifts through all of the gears very smoothly with no issues whatsoever. The engine starts up easily when cold or after warm up. I doesn't smoke. Even under hard excelleration it doesn't smoke. It doesn't shake and missfire in the morning when its cold. Iv'e seen a lot of these trucks start up very rough, but mine starts easily and smooth cold or warmed up after driving. The turbo spools up great and the truck makes fantastic power. The 4x4 works fine. The only probnlem that I have seen in the past 1000miles that I have driven it is that about every 300 miles I notice the coolant is low. I have never seen any on the ground, but I'm sure that there is a small leak somewhere. There are no warning lights lit on the instrument cluster. The heat and a/c work fine. The interior is ok but I would not say its nice. It was used as a work truck and ive taken pictures of the inside so that you can see that it's a bit dirty and work but still presentable and usable. I've seen works trucks much worse than this. All of the features are functioning correctly. The power door locks and windows work, the radio works, the heat and the air work. Now as for the outside, the truck has damage on the right side (big scrape in pictures) and some rust near or on the bottom of the doors (shown in pictures also) There are some scratches as expected here and there as well as pain chips and other minor blemishes. I'm 100% sure that it operates as described. As for specific mechanicals: The brakes are in excellent shape with more than 80% life remaining on both front and rear, nothing is needed there. The tires have at least 60% life still remainig or more (see pictures) The front end components have been checked, one tie rod end on the right side has play and should be replaced. This vehicle does not come Maryland inspected, if you are a maryland resident you will have to get it inspected on your own, and I will not be able to issue a temp tag. If you are not a maryland resident then the temp tag will be issued as usual no problem. I've personally seen these vehicles in excess of 250,000.
