Vehicle Detail

Barn Find!!!! 2nd Owner!!!! Survivor Car!!!!In storage for almost 40 years. The family purchased the car from Pellini Chevrolet in Sebastopol Ca. on May 29th 1961, it had one previous owner that traded the car in. It was also purchased new at the same dealership that just until a few years ago was still in business. The family used it for their everyday driver until 1969 when they upgraded to a Buick and at that time the car was given to their children to drive back and forth to high school. It has 114119 actual miles. After they graduated the car was put in storage and started occasionally the keep it running. It runs and drives and everything works. There is normal wear and tear on it but other wise in great shape. The body is straight as an arrow with acception of a small dent in the drivers front fender lip and one above the rear wheel opening. They pulled the original carpet out to replace it and never got around to it but purchased it and is included in the purchase. The seats had been recovered some time ago. They replaced the tires with Coker's. It was ordered from the factory with a 283 (Power Pac) with a Powerglide and is a non-power steering car. The only rust on the car is in the spare tire well as seen in the pictures, common with these cars. All the bright work is there and needs some cleaning up. The paint is patina due to it's age. This is a great piece to either tinker with and drive or a great start to a restoration. You just don't find them like this anymore! Please no trades, no low ballers. We will also help organize transportation. Thanks for looking and bidders good luck! For more info callSCSR 707-781-1955ask for Jeff On Jun-24-16 at 12:58:26 PDT, seller added the following information: Just a heads up.
