2009 PT Cruiser. Automatic. 23,692 miles. Private sale. Second owner. Clean car fax report. No accidents, never repaired. Always garaged, no sun damage. Window tint (ceramic on front windows), generic floor mats, factory rear cargo tray and a fitted dash mat are the only modifications to the car. Maintenance prior to listing for sale: four new tires , four wheel alignment, Jiffy Lube radiator flush. We just took the original tires off the car, we wanted the car in a condition that a dealership would put it in prior to sale. The original tires had 35-40% front tread left and the rears still had stippling on them and were at 85% tread, but with a 2008 manufacture date they were approaching legal expiration. Tread wear was evaluated at excellent. We still opted for a four wheel alignment to go with the new tires. Over $500 in receipts for all this June 2016 work at Goodyear and Jiffy Lube are in the glove box. Air filter is clean and recently replaced. Interior of the car was detailed at a cost of $50. A non smoking environment was maintained from both owners of the car. Odorless. Brakes inspected at Midas prior to sale, they reported an estimate of 15k-35k of front brakes remaining. Regular oil changes at 3k intervals. Does not need next oil change for over 1000 miles, details in the glove box. My mother has decided to stop driving due to advanced age and failing vision. Just had a bad incident last week where she got confused in bright sunlight and blocked traffic. Clean title in hand for immediate sale.
