Vehicle Detail
2006 Subaru Baja Turbo 5 Speed. Very rare combination. Car has 150,615 miles. Will go up as it is being driven. Really fun to drive with lots of versatility. Unfortunaly I need to part with my toy. Lots of recent service in the last year. Head gaskets were replaced, intake and exhaust valve seals replaced. Timing belt, water pump, tensioners and pulley all replaced at the same time. Turbo was found to have a bit of play in the shaft so replaced to turbo at that time as well. All service performed by a local dealer and receipts to prove it. Almost 3,000 dollars just in that. I have also replaced all brakes and rotors all the way around, new battery, replaced the tires. I upgraded the tires to a larger oversized all terrain tire to give it a more aggressive stance and look. The look awesome. They are General Grabber AT2. 215/70/16. Gives the vehicle about ¾ of inch lift. I also have a 2 inch strut top lift with trailing arm spacers that are included, but not installed. Purchased from SJR Lift, well know for Subaru lifts. It has 6 disc CD changer, sunroof, tonneau cover, bed extender, power windows locks, very cold a/c. (can be seen leaking water from the right front in pictures) Runs and drives great. I also have a black snugtop XL rear hard tonneau with all the hardware and installation instructions if interested. The engine was completely pulled from the car when all the work was done. It was done the end of 2015. I put the tires on in march. The work has less than than 100 miles. Due to a change in life, I am looking to sell it before I’m able to finish it. Things that are wrong with the car. Since the work it does have a check engine light that stays on . Code p2021, tumble generator valve low circuit. i haven't had a chance to get it looked at. Does not affect the way the car runs or drives, so not really concerned about it. From research it isn’t that big of a deal. The key fob doesn't work. The back lighting on the odometer doesn’t light up at night. Normal minor dings, scratches as to be expected with a ten year old car. Title Free and Clear and In Hand, Buyer is responsible for all sales tax, tags and fees that go along with a vehicle sale. I will not ship the vehicle. If you want it shipped I will more than happy to be available for your transportation company to pick the vehicle up at my location. You must quote, pay and arrange shipping, I will not. The vehicle is sold, as is, where is, there is no warranty expressed or implied. On May-31-16 at 16:49:39 PDT, seller added the following information: Update as of 5/31/2016I did some research and changed the tgv sensor on bank 2 sensor, the driver side. Anyone who knows these tgv's know that the sensor is the same as the tps sensor and that is the replacement, aside from the entire tgv valve, sensor and motor that Subaru wants to sell you. The check engine light has since cleared. I haven't had a chance to really drive it to verify that took care of it, but the light is out.On May-31-16 at 17:53:30 PDT, seller added the following information: Update of 5/31/16Just took around the block and the light returned, same code, po2021, low circuit bank 2 tumble generator code. So check engine light is still on, still runs great.
