Description:
This Honda van is a one owner van, it drives absolutely perfectly. There are no shakes, or hesitation, or any strange noises. The van shifts through all of the gears very smoothly with no issues whatsoever. The engine is nice and quiet, no leaks there is no smoke, there are no warning lights lit on the instrument cluster. Everything is as it should be. The interior is truly in fantastic shape it looks great, it's not worn, and all of the features are functioning correctly. The power doors work, the sunroof works, the radio works, the heat in the air work. In my opinion the interior of this vehicle is superior to 90% of the 2006 odysseys out there on the used market. You just can't find a van with an interior this nice very easily. Now as for the outside, you can find some marks and blemishes on both the front and rear bumpers. Overall the outside is quite nice, there are small tiny scratches here and there, but it's minimal. The van actually looks very presentable. The pain is very clean and shiny on this vehicle, the previous owner definitely did a good job preserving the van. As for specific mechanicals: The brakes are in excellent shape with more than 80% life remaining front and rear, nothing is needed there. The tires are the same way at least 80% life still remains. The front end components, such as tire rod ends struts control arms stabilizer and all other front and components have been checked. There is no play in any component and no service is currently required. This vehicle has been through Maryland state safety inspection and is certified through the Maryland state safety inspection program. We have documentation on hand if you would like to see it. I have personally seen these vehicles in excess of 300,000 miles, when they are well cared for like this one, there is no reason that this vehicle cannot easily go well beyond that. Maryland residents:
You will be required to pay 6% sales tax plus all mva fees plus a 200.00 dealer processing fee. As of 01/01/2015 maryland M.V.A. fees for maryland buyers are as follows: (1) tax 6% (2) title fee $100.00 (3) 2 year hard tags for a car less than 3700lbs. $135.00 for light trucks vans suvs and cars over 3700lbs the tags are $187.00 (4) lien fee this only applies if you owe money on the car $20.00 (5) temp tag $35.00 (car must be md inspected in order for dealership to issue temp tag or any license plates to Maryland residents.) marylnd residents will not be able to get tags for uninspected vehicles until they get them paased through inspection. The use of a tow truck at the buyers expense and resulting repares at buyers expence may be required. look in listing body in the discription to see if the vehicle is Maryland inspected. For vehicles going to out of state, buyers do not need to be Maryland inspected to receive a temp tag.
