The previous owner said that the motor was good, but I have not heard it run. **The car came from New York and does NOT issue titles. The car is being sold with a bill of sale. I checked on getting a title though International Title service it will take 30-45 days and cost about $1,000. There are no extra parts. What you see is what comes with this car.
