1964 Cadillac DeVille

I’m located in Glencoe Il 60022, about 20 miles north of Chicago. 1964 convertible: garaged May/Oct: stored Nov/April Mechanically: This is its strong point. Mine starts every time, shifts smoothly, steers and stops with no play or pull. Safety and reliability were non-negotiable so a lot was spent to ensure both. I’ve got more $ in this car than I’ll ever get back but that’s the cost of Peace of Mind. There's no reserve so bid enthusiastically because who ever wins is getting a great bargain in terms of what I've invested. My Cadillac is listed locally so I reserve the right to end the auction Cosmetically: Although my car gets thumbs up and even stops traffic (everyone-- from kids to Moms/Dads and even Grandparents-- loves this Cadillac), it’s a driver with 2 minor dings (which don't photograph), several scratches and blemishes, two slight bubbles in the driver’s lower door (which won't photograph either) and the chrome needs attention, but no one notices at 10/10. My Cadillac was repainted but neither sanded nor buffed so the good news is that it can look even better than its photos. An Owner’s Manual and a Shop Manual come with it. I prefer a scissors jack but the original is just where it should be, next to the matching spare.
