ITS ABOUT A 20" STRIP THE REST OF THE PAINT JOB IS GREAT, WITH MANY LAYERS OF CLEAR COAT, SEE PICTURES( car hasn't even been washed lately and still shines.) MILEAGE ON THE TITLE IS 85,000. ODOMETER SHOWS 52000. THIS HAD A DIESEL ENGINE THAT WAS REPLACED WITH THE OLDSMOBILE ENGINE AND ALSO REPLACED TRANSMISSION. there ARE NOT MANY MILES ON EITHER. Car and motor could use a bath. NO TAPPING OR KNOCKING, THE VALVES AND GUIDES WERE REDONE. THIS MOTOR PURRS. NEW STAINLESS STEEL EXHAUST NEW BATTERY NEW HOSES , BELTS ETC. POWER WINDOWS AND DOOR LOCKS POWER SEATS. THIS HAS THE REAR SEAT THAT FOLDS DOWN, ITS A 9 SEATER. BIG LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT CHROME BUMPERS ARE NICE THE NEGATIVE : IT NEEDS A WIPER MOTOR , THE PASSENGER SIDE FRONT DOOR DOESNT OPEN FROM OUTSIDE BUT OPENS FROM INSIDE , AND THE REAR PASSENGER WINDOW DOESNT GO DOWN WHEN YOU PUSH THE BUTTON. 3 TIRES HAVE ALOT OF TREAD ONE OF THESE IS SLIGHTLY DRY ROTTED, BUT STILL USABLE THE 4TH TIRE NEED REPLACING IN ABOUT 1000 MILES OR SO. IM SELLING THIS CAR FOR A FRIEND HIS FATHER TOOK VERY GOOD CARE OF THIS CAR IT WAS HIS PRIDE AND JOY. ANY QUESTIONS JUST ASK AND GIVE ME A LIL TIME TO ANSWER AS I AM VERY BUSY, LIKE EVERONE ELSE. CAR IS 36 YEARS OLD SO DONT EXPECT IT TO BE PERFECT, THE ONE WIRE HUB CAP IS MISSINg AND THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR DOESNT OPEN. Previously answered questionIll have to go up to where the car is parked and check the inspection date. The tires are in good shape. id say at least 3/4" tread left. This car has only been sitting because my friend who owns it cant afford to register and insure it. For roughly a thousand bucks I think this car is a Great deal because like I said in the description it was the guys project car and he was finished working on it. I only listed it cheap because I'm only trying to get my thousand bucks back from the owner who I lent the money too. You can see that the body is excellent and mechanically its great too ( the motor could use a washing from all the dirt that has blown onto it from sitting in that gravel drive way) and the car could use a bath inside and out. I haven't even washed the car and you can see how shiney the paint is. The front seat has a couple stains that may come out with some cleaner. Friday I'm putting the new battery in it and taking it for a drive.I can give you a first hand report after driving it for while. I'm going by what my friend tells me. He bragged about the car prior to owing me money. He kept saying wait until you here how this car runs, your going to be amazed. Hope this helps.
