1971 Triumph Bonneville

needs lots of cosmetic tlc, low mileage , been in family since new. original lucas parts and smith gauges . engine should be OK except for pistons seized, very low miles so now slop in piston, tried to UN stick it without tearing it down since its never been molested and original . clear title. trans shifts through all gears wheels spin, breaks work , original batter, couple of cut wires around coil under seat , harness seems to be ok . typical barn find exept it was stored in garage in south louisiana so humidty left its mark but i have not found any heavy pitting . uncle bought it new , my father bought it from him and was injured at work so he only put 300 miles in it before stored. all original , no oversized pistons or aftermarket engine work , seat is in good condition . gas tank needs tlc , rust inside and it looks like there was a dent by the neck that needs to be repaired properly which my father knows nothing about . its part of my inheritance and i hate to sell but layoffs are forcing me too along with amount of vehicles i can own in regards to getting help from the VA
