The 1947 is an all original 3100 Thriftmaster short bed that I purchased in Oklahoma. the truck is extremely solid and has fantastic patina. the truck is mostly complete and is 98% rust free. there is a small spot of rust on the bottom front corner of the drivers door and the bottom corner of the drivers hinge pillar (see pictures) The engine is in tact but the condition is unknown, I have not tried to get it running. I purchased this truck with the intention of putting the body on the chassis of my 1949 street rod project. The 1947 trucks are sought after because the gas tank was located under the bed of the pickup as opposed to later years where they moved the gas tank behind the seat in the cab. the original tank and filler neck are in good shape but I did remove them from the truck The frame is straight and there is no rust other than surface rust The truck rolls and steers but the brakes are non functioning there is no rust through on any of the fenders, cab corners floor, doors etc. the hood is also extremely solid, there is no rust by any of the hinge mounting locations like most of these trucks. The running boards on this are fantastic, straight and no rust Clean and up to date Oklahoma title in hand The tail gate is a little beat up and there was a plate of steel installed in the bed over the original wood.
