This M3 is a performer. It will pin you back in your seat, if you want it to. The car has only 37,800 miles on it. I am the second owner and purchased the car in 2010 with just over 24,000 miles on the odometer from a seller in northern New Jersey. The first owner was a casual driver who maintained the car exclusively with BMW Dealer Service (all receipts available to buyer). He did not abuse the car and sold it to me with the cracked front bumper cover (acquired in a New York City garage), curb rashed 19"wheels, a few dings and scratches, not visible when 4 feet away. The top is original and is in good shape with no significant tears and does not leak. I have not added any wounds to the car. I have maintained the car myself, changing oil and filter every 5,000 miles. I have changed the engine air filter and cabin air filter at 32,000 miles. New tires were installed when the car was purchased. They are Hankook V12 EVO tires and they have been excellent performers. They now retain, more than half their life. I have had no mechanical issue with the M3, nor has the car been abused or raced. I have stored the car in a heated garage. I have not used the car in the Winter and it has not been exposed to salt during my ownership. There is no visible rust on the car. Neither the prior owner, or myself smoked in the car. Just had the M3 serviced, and had the Differential oil changed for the first time I grew to like the SMG transmission and used the console shifter always. it is a very versatile transmission, making driving in traffic easy, yet allowing for fast shifting. The car has exterior which is very dark blue and the upholstery is Cinnamon colored, making for a very striking combination. Air conditioning is very strong and the heated seats, allow for driving with the top down in cooler weather. Auction winner will need to send a $ 1500 deposit within 48 hours of auction close. Car will need to be picked up within 7 days of auction close, and balance of payment made with cash or verifiable Bank Certified Check.
