I am selling this truck for my father, its a 1986 gmc swb 2wd. we restored it several years ago with lots of new parts. It has a remanufactured 355 engine from advance engines out of Louisville, Ky. the overdrive transmission was also rebuilt, they probably have less than 3000 miles on them, we put a new edelbrock performer intake and carb on it at the time . new radiator. The bench seat was recovered, new carpet, new dash that is chevy, not gmc, new interior door panels and seat belts. new cassete palyer(uncut dash) . New parts on the exterior incleuded windshield, rear slididng window, tailgate , all the lights, weather stipping, grill, trim rings and center caps. the drivetrain is in really good shape and runs well, ac made need a charge, brakes are sticking a lil from setting. interior is really nice. truck was lowered 2 inches in the rear. exhaust has headers with glass packs and dua rears straight out the back(header gaskets leak a lil) truck was originally a 305, the new 355 is a 4bolt main(will include original motor with truck but its in pieces) the truck was originally red when we painted it , it was a very solid truck as it spent most of its life in georgia, the cab corners have started to rust and a few places around the wheel wells on the bed, the paint still looks pretty good but could use a paint job if you wanted to make this truck really nice. i'm sure they're some stuff i have left out that has been done to it, but can answer any questions you may have. truck is a great platform to start with.
