Up for auction a 1967 dart gt convertible. This is a project car almost ready for a daily driver or a good candidate for full restoration. originally a 273 car its now a 225 slant 6 cyl. from a early 70's dart along with the dash board. It runs and drives. It has a straight body with all original panels except the passenger door. the floor and trunk pans are solid with a few pea size holes and a 1'x 5' patched hole in the trunk. There is only one coat of yellow over the original maroon paint, I think it is epoxy primer. The frame rails, cowl, rockers are in great shape. The body is of driver quality with dings, scratches and minor dents. No windshield but all 6 side windows are there and functional in fair shape. Trim on the car is 3m adhesive. I have 5 of the 6 original S.S.fender trims included with this auction along with centers and trims for two rally wheels under the hub caps. I found this car in a pole barn last year and am pretty sure it has not seen the road in 30 years or so. I have done the following to it.: new gas tank and sending unit, 4 new shocks, new belts and hoses, new water pump, thermostat, fuel pump, oil gauge. plugs, wires, fuel, oil and air filter, battery and bulbs. The entire car except engine and yellow body has been cleaned primed end painted black enamel. All lights and signals work. The interior is in fair shape with cracks and fading The convertible top frame is in good shape and functions fine manually. There is a motor and cylinders but no hydrolic lines THIS CAR IS SOLD "AS IS" AND "WHERE IS" The car needs a master cylinder and front passenger brake cylinder, and at least 2 tires to be on the road.
