The Story: This one owner AWD Express passenger van was owned by a Colorado fire marshal, used as his mobile office for investigations, was fleet maintained, is clean and rust free below (see photos underneath) I never realized how hard it is to buy AWD vans like this until I started searching at the request of one of my clients. I have put more than 50 miles on this van, it runs and drives excellent, cruises comfortably at 70mph, gets good gas mileage and has a lot of power. The interior is a pretty interesting passenger/cargo set up, 2nd row seat then Adrian Steel shelves and bins, has a lot of potential for the small business owner or modify and build a DIY weekend camper. Condition, Options and Drivetrain: The body and paint are good, has a strong 5.3L Vortec V8 engine, auto transmission, AWD, stabiltrak system, 3:73 axle ratio, stainless steel exhaust system, new Deka battery and more. The non smoking interior is very clean, easy to maintain vinyl floor, gray cloth looks like new. Equipped with power windows, locks, power heated signal mirrors, tint, front/rear AC/heat, rear defrost, push button HD trailer package, AM/FM stereo, trip computer, cold climate package, tires are a matched set with about 40%-50% wear. This van is ready for work or play and will not disappoint you. Though in excellent overall condition, this is a used 8 year old fleet van and as you would expect there are imperfections, scratches, dings, wear, etc. I am being very "nit-picky" on some of this stuff because I value my reputation/feedback. The front bumper has some road chipping in the paint (see photos) There is some wear on the drivers arm rest (see photos) There is a small spot of corrosion on the corner of the rear bumper, a common GM issue (see photos) There are some scratches here and there where Fire Department signage was removed (see photos)There are a couple small holes drilled in the dash and side of the console from previous equipment (see photos)There are no factory emblems on the rear doors (see photos)The plastic end is broken off on the driver's visor, it works fine and stays up but should be noted.There are a few road chips on the front edge of the hood, little normal scuffs and stuff but nothing worth photographing.
