Hi, you are viewing a Beautiful 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger 340 clone. This is an original 1970 V8 Dart Swinger with Power Steering and Power Brakes (converted to Power Front DISC Brakes !) . Most of these early Darts don't have either Power Steering or Power Brakes. This car has a Beautiful Rust-Free Body and very nice High Gloss Paint and is Very Straight. You would have to look at a lot of these to find one this nice ! Everybody that sees this car comments about how nice the Condition that this car is in, even the very knowledgable car guys.. It has all of its Original Body Panels and Beautiful Original Floorpans and Trunkpan. In fact, this car is still painted yellow underneath because it had a rotisserie restoration done years ago. The paint job is not new, but it is still very, very nice. There are only a couple paint flaws and you would have to look for them to find them. This has been a Florida car for a long time. The suspension and most mechanical aspects of this car has been redone and it shows when you drive it. The engine is the Original 318 rebuilt and has been warmed up very nicely. It has 360 4-Barrel Heads, a bigger cam, aluminum intake,Dual-Feed Holley carb, MSD Street-Fire Ignition,Comp Cams High-Intensity Coil,Headers and much more. It runs Fast and Strong. There is no engine smoke or funny noises ever. It is very healthy. The 727 trans has a perfect shift kit (shifts fast, but not too hard like some of them) with a B and M Ratchet Shifter. It can be shifted Manually for Desired RPM and Faster Shifts or can just be left in drive and shifts quick but perfectly (and again, not too hard). The transmission was rebuilt not very many miles ago also. The Rear-End is also a REAL POSI Rear ! I don't drive this car hard (I don't drive any of my cars hard), but this car could leave 2 very long tire tracks very easily if desired. This Dart Swinger also has Vintage Traction Bars that help traction and look great too. A lot of people point out how cool and nostalgic they look. All of the electrical and gauges work (except the speedometer,I have never looked into it, I go by the tach).This Dart is mechanically fantastic. It runs, drives, steers, rides, and brakes Beautifully. It is an absolute Pleasure to drive. You wont want to put it away when you take it out for a drive, it sounds and drives so well that it is addicting. This car sounds as great as it looks and when it is coming towards anybody they immediately turn and know this car has some power with the power of the engine combined with the Flowmaster exhaust. It sounds, and IS, a lot stronger than a stock small block Mopar. This car also has new tires. The interior is also in Great Condition. The seats, carpets, door panels and headliner have no rips or tears. Even the Dash Pad is a new real Dash pad, they are much more expensive than the typical dash pad cap that most people install. There is also a brand-new CD Stereo (with GREAT Sounding Speakers) to add to the cruising enjoyment. Overall, this Dart Swinger is a LOT of Muscle Car for the money and it gets More Attention than most of the much more expensive muscle cars that I have had. Not only the body style, but the great colors of this car make it a standout as well. If you found a rust free 1970 Dart to begin with, you could never build one like this for the price I am selling this car for.
