For sale is my 1979 F-250 4x4. Factory options include CC, AC, tilt wheel, intermittent wipers, dual gas tanks, built-in bedside toolbox, trailer brake, sun visor vanity light. Also this truck has the XLT Lariat package, which includes wood trimmed dash, map pockets, upgraded headliner. Also it has all the chrome trim that was available at the time. The 400 motor has been swapped out for a 460, roughly100,000 miles on it. The front dana 44 has been swapped for a one ton dana 60. Truck is in very good condition for its age. I have owned several of these model trucks over the years, and I have never owned one with this complement of options, and this solid of a body.It is originally from Oregon. Only body condition it has is surface rust, mainly in the bed. It drives straight and running gear is solid. I have installed new brakes, wheal bearings, heater core, and rebuilt the carb which is an Edelbrock. Only issues with the truck is the CC quit last year, and it has an exhaust leak.
