You are bidding on a 1988 BMW 528E. It has the 6 cyl engine with 5 speed manual transmission, Power Windows, Power door locks, Power mirrors, Power seats, A/C, Cruise Control and Power Sunroof. The car runs and drives great. It has never been in any accidents and the original paint looks great. The car has no rust and no paint repairs. The interior is in great condition with no rips or tears in the seats, and no stains or wear marks in the carpet. The car has been very well maintained and cared for. It has always been garage kept and woman owned. It was sold new at Rick Hill BMW (Rick Hill Imports, Kingsport, Tennessee) by a Mrs. Valk on October 13, 1988. She kept the car until November 30, 1992. She sold the car to a Mrs. Adkins with only 66,000 miles on the odometer. Mrs. Adkins kept the car serviced by Rick Hill BMW. She parked the car after her husband passed away. She always took pride in taking good care of her car and keeping it clean. I have the original Owner’s Manual, Bill of Sale, Window Sticker, and some service records. I also have statements where Mrs. Valk sold the car to Mrs. Adkins. I have a clean Carfax. It shows 40 files and all 40 are service records and registration renewals. I contacted Rick Hill BMW and they still have every service record (over 40 Pages) on file.
