Up for sale is my 1963 Bel Air Police car with almost 77,600 miles. It drives very nice and has good brakes. The motor starts and runs great with a nice smooth idle, however it does smoke a little just at start up. The transmission is an automatic 2 speed power glide that shifts smoothly and feels strong. The car does have air conditioner that works well, but I did have to charge it once. The car is not perfect but is a very nice car overall. It gets a lot of looks and smiles when I take it out for a drive or when I put it in the car shows. The under carriage is very good condition for its age. I replaced all the carpet with the original GM blue loop. The strobe on top of the car stopped working when the carpet was installed, so it may just be a loose wire or something simple, but all the other police package works good with a quality sound that is very loud on each siren, and when making announcements.
