Power is there on demand accompanied by a lovely exhaust note. There are no odd noises and no hiccups. As you’re probably aware, 117,000 miles are nothing for these motors, as there are numerous reports of them running trouble free well into the 300,000 mile range. Transmission: The automatic transmission runs very smoothly through all the gears. No issues to report. Handling: This car handles quite well, feels sure-footed at highway speeds. The AMG suspension bits makes this car a very enjoyable drive! Paint: Overall paint is in good condition with good luster, with a couple of nicks here and there. Nothing you wouldn’t expect for a car of this year. This CLK 430 has a great stance and does present itself very well. Interior: The black seats have no rips or tears which are fairly common on these cars. Seats have been conditioned, and are for the most part soft and pliable. Headliner has a couple of minor stains that could probably be removed with steam cleaning/minimal effort.
