This is the cleanest, red 1997 3/4 ton Suburban in it's year group you'll find. We have owned this beauty since 1999, making us the 2nd owner. Reliable, sturdy, roomy. It's served us extremely well as we raised our family, taken our trips, and even rescued those whose vehicles just didn't make it. Is it perfect? No. Minor chips, a faint scratch, curb rash on one wheel (had to be the curbs fault). All very minor. Email me and I will answer any question you may have. It's a great SUV, but as empty nesters now, it's time to pass this on to a family who needs the space. For you RVers who need to pull a boat or travel trailer, this will get er done. A 7.4 ltr (454ci) engine has the torque & the power to pull whatever you have. Red paint fade a concern? Not to worry, this truck has always been garaged and never had to sit in hot parking lots during the work day. Oh, did I mention that neither the first or second owners (that's us) were smokers, This is a must see if interested at all. AC Compressor was replaced at 110,115 mi3. (12/15/15) Is the dashboard cracked? No, the dash (and rest of the interior plastic) is in excellent condition - a dash cover has been in place since I've owned the Suburban (noticeable in some of the interior photos) Seats are in great shape too - no tears or stains4. (12/15/15) Do you have the original wheels? I do not.
