I bought this 2001 Jeep cherokee from a new car dealership I do business with where it was traded in on a brand new truck.I drove it back about 2 hours or so away and was really impressed by how well this jeep handled and drove and the overall condition of it.

Cosmetically this jeep is very clean for its age, I did not see any rust issues in the common spots or any major cosmetic blemishes. I checked the rockers which look great and the door jams etc look good as pictured. I pictured and videoed any minor common for the age scuff/scratch I saw but definitely nothing overly noticable or concerning in my opinion etc. You can tell this was taken care of. The interior looks great with no major wear spots I saw. The seats look good and all of the power options are working as far as I can tell. The headliner looks good with no major sag (i saw a small spot where it was re glued above the rear view mirror). The underside looks great as well with only normal road wear. The tires look really good with deep tred.

Mechanically this jeep ran and drove nice. There was no major play in the steering and it crusied down the road great. The 4.0 lt inline 6 cyl engine runs nice and smooth with no abnormal sounds or smoke. Watch the video to hear how quiet it is. As with most of these jeeps, the oil pressure guage danced around a bit but always stayed in the 20-30 area after it warmed up. I had my mechanics hook up our own pressure guage and it stayed right around 25-30. The brakes felt good as far as I could tell. The 4x4 is working great. the jeep has a low 131234 which means it was driven roughly 8700 miles per a year! This jeep comes with a clean and clear title ready for you to register!

In my opinion, this is a jeep you can win, fly here and drive home feeling great about it. As everybody has their own opinion of what a 15 year old jeep should be, I would recommend you come and drive/inspect the jeep yourself or hire ebay to do a inspection for you before placing a bid. I do not want to overcall the jeep or undercall it, let the pics, video, and description tell the story. I require a 500 non refundable paypal deposit within 24 hours of auction end. If I do not get the deposit within the time frame or before you come for the jeep, I will assume you are a dreamer or a scammer and not serious about buying it.
