Land Cruisers are known for their reliability and off-road capability as a go anywhere vehicle and this one is no exception. A real fun head turner for a collector or someone that wants to use it daily driver, weekend toy, first car or even to advertise your business. Overall one of the most original and low mileage FJ80 Land Cruisers with only 67k original miles! This is a 2 owner California survivor that can be driven daily. Videos: https://youtu.be/pEVOP-1lZqI https://youtu.be/NUDBS8WscfI Background, Maintenance and Upgrades: This is my 2nd Land Cruiser with a 3FE engine so I have done a lot of maintenance items to include new fluids for the engine, transmission, and differential. It has also had a recent tune-up. Engine: Only 67K miles. Recent full tune-up with only Toyota OEM parts (spark plugs, spark plug wires, distributor, valve cover gasket, seals, valve cover gasket). It also has a new Denso fuel pump and filter. Transmission and Differential: All fluids changed. It is AWD with 4LO and a push button center differential lock system. From what I can tell it had never been off-road (no signs of mud underneath or in engine bay) but the low end torque, 4X4, and diff-lock will climb a tree if you wanted. Under Carriage: Very clean with no rust. There isn't any oil blow back from the engine or transmission. It has a new magna-flow muffler. It could use some front knuckle felt kit seals which is a cost effective fix ($40 from sor.com, see pictures of knuckles). Running Gear: It has new Old Man Emu shocks, new tires and brake pads. Exterior: The vehicle spent 14 years of its life in CA so it has ZERO rust. It has presentable and glossy clear coat. Since the clear coats are known to fade on thse vehicles I would give it a 8 out of 10 as it looks like the paint was touched-up under some lights. Still very presentable and not noticeable in the photos. It has new rubber gaskets for the fender flares and window seals for the front and rear power windows. New Yakima cross bar racks to carry your extra stuff. Interior: Cold AC. All lights work. Very nice original interior, carpet, seats and headliner. Non-smoking vehicle. There is 3rd row jump seats in the rear so you can carry up to 7 passengers. Window tint has been added recently to protect from UV rays. There is some noticeable fading on the 3rd row jump seat and there is a dash cover covering couple of cracks in the dash (which can be repaired professionally for $300.00 +/-). Known Issues: The cruise control isn't working. I believe the cruise control sensor has oil on it and needs to be cleaned not a faulty electrical sensor. I'll try to get to this before auction close. If not it shouldn't be a big issue for the new owner. As you know this is a 14 year old vehicle with unbelievably low mileage. These Land Cruisers are known to go to the ends of the earth and are very rare in this condition and mileage. This is a awesome truck that is very reliable. Happy Bidding!
