1968 Chevy Camaro Rally Sport / Super Sport 396 Convertible. The car has received a rotisserie restoration. The body was painted on the rotisserie. The color is Arancio Atlas Tricoat PP&G code 0058. This is the factory Lamborghini orange. The white stripe is loaded up with House of Colors White Ice Pearl. The clear coat is PP&G DBC 100. This clear is well know for it's incredible high amount of solids and UV protectorates. The body had three coats of clear applied than wet sanded with 600 grit. The three more coats of clear and wet sanded again. And three more coats of clear for a total of nine coats. That is how we achieve that wet looking deep glossy paint job. The under-body was primer blocked smooth and sprayed the Arancio Atlas orange and is ready to be displayed with mirrors. The front sub frame and all front suspension was disassembled, media blasted and repainted base / clear gloss black. The 12 bolt housing received the same treatment. This car was being built to the highest standard, no expense spared, National level show car, until the money ran out! The owner has ordered us to liquidate to the first reasonable offer. The car is being listed for sale on eBay for about what the paint job cost. Not to mention the new parts that come with the deal. The car is being sold with no motor or transmission.
