1968 Corvette Convertible. L79!! 70k orig miles!! Incredible find- matching numbers - runs and drives great and optioned out from the factory with the L79 327/350hp, 4-speed manual trans, FACTORY A/C, HARDTOP, leather seats, telescoping wheel, power windows, power steering & brakes. Just 70,800 documented original miles. One-off original paint code special ordered in 978 International (Dark) Blue with 408 Red Leather interior like a modern Grand Sport! Currently red on red, but you can still see the original blue paint in places. This is a GOOD, SOLID, TIGHT, QUICK, fun to drive Corvette. Drive as is & enjoy, or restore to original- does not leak or smoke!. Only rust on the car is one of the front bumper supports, the radiator support has a bit and a quarter size hole in the bumper (?). The underside looks great. Brand new tires, new white convertible top, new fuel tank, new battery, rebuilt (non original) carb, new factory-style exhaust, HEADLIGHT DOORS WORK. Note: Air conditioning is not functional currently but I have all the original A/C brackets etc. This is a great Corvette, really a joy to drive. I am going to miss it.
