This auction is for a ready to ride, VINTAGE 1961 BMW R27 single cylinder motorcycle, matching # 380031 - on frame, engine and ID tag. It is a rare model of BMW R27 with Dover white color, very few sample available and definitely a head turner!! I registed the bike and rode it all over Connecticut and won many many appraises from both Women and Men, We completed full service and it starts with one kick, run strong, no smoke, no piston slap, very quite.. all evidence of a low mileage bike. We also put pair new tires on the stainless spoke wheels. Paint job is nice (don’t know if is original or old restore), paint job has normal wear and some touch up, and paint loss and scratches.
