The exterior of this VW is in gorgeous condition. This car is painted in stunning, " British Racing Green " and looks amazing paired with its gorgeous, all new custom tan interior. The paint is absolutely gorgeous and it looks amazing. It was hand rubbed to a smooth as glass finish. The body is laser straight and everything lines up beautifully. This car stops traffic with its beautiful paint and chrome! It looks so good going down the road that people can't help but stop and stare! The custom interior was completely redone in tan with custom seats, which are way more comfortable then the stocks. It has new German square weave carpet. It also has all new glass and rubber all around. The dash and gauge cluster are like new with every piece inside of the car is redone. The convertible top was completely redone with a powder coated top frame and new tan Haartz top canvas. To find a vintage bug in this kind of condition is impossible unless you spend thousands to restore one to this quality. In the trunk it looks beautiful and is all redone factory correct with its chrome spare and looks amazing! Mechanically, this VW runs and drives awesome. The power comes from a built 2140cc engine with dual Weber carbs. It was built by the best California VW engine builder in the state! The motor and transmission were totally rebuilt when the car was restored. The complete suspension was rebuilt and it drives perfect. Under the hood is absolutely detailed to show condition and looks awesome. This car needs nothing. I wouldn't be afraid to drive it anywhere. This car always starts right up and it drives down the road with ease and is a blast to drive! This is a beautiful classic VW that is only going up in value as time goes on.
