This is a great little piece of history that is getting hard to find in this condition. A 1965 mustang that's really more new than most used cars just a few years old. The engine is a Stroked 331 with Aluminum Patriot heads that runs in the 400+ HP range. It has fewer than 150 miles on it and starts right up without hesitation. Think about the cost of any sporty vehicle with everything new like this. What would you drop; $20K? $30K? You can get this dream coach for much less this week. There's a link to a video below where you can hear the exhaust rumble. That newly rebuilt engine sports lots of go-fast goodies and a fresh Holley 600 on top of the high-rise manifold. It is attached to the rebuilt 4 speed with a new heavy duty clutch assembly and transfers the power to the ground through American racing 17 inch wheels and new rubber. It has a ford 8.8 rear with 3.55 gearing (not posi) rear end, and it is a wicked launch and really a thrill to drive. Have you been adding up the price tags? Heck just the tires and wheels alone run over $1500 new. The paint on the car is fresh and it looks really good with only minor blemishes. The interior is all new. It the pony red & white theme with new carpet, door panels, and dash pad. This car belongs in the showroom and has won several trophies at local car shows. It is a rust free car that came from California. The door handles have been shaved and it sports custom tail lights (fire-bird) setting it apart from the other mustangs in the car show rows.
