1957 chevy belair 2 door hardtop, 283 with a power glide transmission don't know if this is the original motor and trans but it seems to be untouched. I bought this car a while back and have been driving it until I found an old coupe and have decided to part with this really nice old 57 chevy. its one of the cleanest bodies I have seen in a long time everything works on the car lights, wipers, dome light, heater, turn signals, brake lights, gauges, it all works and runs great all day does not over heat and drives great for a 58 year old car. this car has not been cut up or modified its still pure and all original. the floor is in near perfect condition with the exception of repairs made to the front floor pans but that's it. I have NOT seen any rust issues the floor in the trunk is in good shape as well as the tail pan it all looks good and solid. I took pictures of the car when I sanded it down before spraying the epoxy sealer and then primer. I want for potential buyers to see the body I don't want buyers to think I covered up rust or body repairs its pretty straight I sprayed the car to give it that street rod look since I am driving it and the old paint was chalky and looked bad. As you can see in some of the pictures its solid the interior is complete and looks great all the windows roll up and down but some of the glass will need to be replaced, the front windshield and the two door glasses are cracked the rear glass and quarter windows are good. it has new 14 inch tires with rally wheels original style brakes and suspension, I do have the door and fender moldings for the car just ordered new clips so have not installed them yet but its all complete. solid frame and cross braces just a clean honest old car with a clear title. feel free to call 210-240-5079 if you have any questions not hurting for cash and have set a very reasonable reserve that will not be disclosed I would like for this auction to run its course. bidders with a feedback score under five will be deleted I also reserve the right to end this auction early as the car is for sale locally Thank You Happy BiddingOn Oct-24-15 at 18:56:26 PDT, seller added the following information: To all bidders the reserve is almost there not far away for the curious buyers.
