thanks for looking FOR SALE rare 1967 small window C10 stepside rat rod style shop truck. 1st year of this style but no marker lights, hand e-brake. i havent had this for long but have really grown to like it. 350 v8 I assume (was decked in past so stamp is gone ; 70010 block casting # so slim possibility it is a 327) good oil pressure, new plugs and oil change, HEI distributor 8mm wires. quadrajet carb, flowmaster dual exhaust, sounds very cool, runs strong. 4 speed auto (700r4 or 4L60 not sure?) i had to have driveline shortened because there was no slip. Does not have power steering or power brakes. I did put in new front shoes, replaced 1 brake cylinder (will provide the other as i bought both) and bled the brakes so she stops pretty well for drums. i have a larger master cylinder off another c10 i will send for buyer to install if they desire. Good tires -old school whitewalls on 15 x 8 rally rims. NEW CPP drop springs and shocks 3" front / 4" rear. rides well, like a truck, but not too stiff. replaced bed wood with treated 3/4 plywood, new bed strips and bolts, solid. Interior has a different bench seat (bad color but i covered it) NEW red molded loop carpet. I have ordered all new window channels and anti-rattle kit, i will install if it gets here in time or send it along (also have 2 (both sides) good wing window/ front channels as well) New professional 'fauxtina' paint (fake patina) so it is sealed up and will look the same for years. truck was 3-4 different colors when i got it. floors had been fixed in past, still some rust in front fenders and cab corners but not worth worrying about if you just want to drive it to the lumber yard or the bowling alley car show. great truck but i have too many projects. Gets lots of comments at almost every stop light. This is a used truck, doesnt ride like a caddy and has some rough spots in need of tlc. dont bid if you arent up to a little wrenching once in a while. it is a 'shop truck'.
