Vehicle Detail
This Jeep is a head turner. It is basic and does not have a radio. It has a 300W LED bar, Halogen front lights and fogs, and new rear taillights. It is slightly raised, (I think about 3") which to me is the perfect height. Newer tires. This thing is a beast. I am 56 years old and have never drove it hard but did take it out in a snow storm last year and plowed through 2 feet of snow like it wasn't there. It has had the catalytic converter taken off so it does have a rumble to it. I love this thing and was planning on keeping it forever but my wife cannot drive a stick with manual steering and we need to have two cars that we can both drive at any time. I bought it as I wanted a Jeep without a computer and after looking everywhere could not find one that wasn't rotted out. So I bought this from Florida last year. It had been sitting and I repaired the fuel pump (the previous one done was done incorrect and the problem). Was going to put a 350 in it if I had to but I fixed it and it runs so strong and doesn't burn oil with good gas mileage so I left it alone. It is mostly all original. It comes with a new Rampage soft top, a Bimini top, Hard Top, and 2 sets of doors, (one set for the hard top and one for the soft top). I did break the rear glass on the hard top hatch last year so it will need a new glass door, (was going to use plexi for the rear hatch as it is heavy)On Oct-14-15 at 09:25:44 PDT, seller added the following information: I have been receiving questions on the jeep and have answered them as follows: 1. The four wheel drive system works as it should both in low and high range and in all gears. Has recently had the u joints replaced.2. The heat works as it should. The jeep does not have air conditioning.3. The rear light lens were replaced with a new style 4 months ago as were the side lights and front turn signal lens.4. The gauges all work as they should.5. There is nothing that this jeep needs that I know of. It runs and operates as it should. It has 117,000 miles and is a 1990 so anything can happen but with no computer to worry about usually by todays standards its a cheap fix.6. I really don't want to tell anyone what my reserve price is. Because I pay to have it private. The reason I do is to make it fair for everyone and I love to watch the free market in action. I will tell you that the reserve price is reasonable for a jeep like this. I looked for years to find one that had a straight frame without any rust on the frame or undercarriage or one that had been welded. Thank you to everyone who is interested and good luck!On Oct-14-15 at 09:33:44 PDT, seller added the following information: The Jeep does come with a hard top and two doors with crank down windows that fit the hardtop. I don't know the year of it but that it fits well. The picture in the garage with the lights on (the sideway picture that I cannot figure out how to correct) shows the hard top.On Oct-17-15 at 09:24:27 PDT, seller added the following information: Yes, I have the two front original seats and they will go with it as well. They are both in good condition with no tears, (drivers side has a bit of abrasion on it) and drivers side bottom bolt broke on the seat attachment. It can be fixed but I bought new seats instead. The headlights were replaced with glass halogen or hid? I just know they are blue and off look blue. They also have a blue running light in the lower outer corners.
