listing for a friend. 1964 ford galaxie 500 fastback with a thunder bolt look . north carolina car with a nice solid body/floors/frame. paint is apporx 5 years old. engine is a 390 v8. has an aluminum intake, 4 barrel holley carb,stainless zoomie type headers( if buyer would like i can get a set of stock f.e. manifolds for extra $25.00,a new unused stock h pipe for daul exhaust for an extra $100.00 or a set of factory 427 cast iron headers for $1000.00 none of these are included in the auction),aluminum radiator with and electric fan. engine runs good. transmission is an automatic and shifts fine. rear end is a 9 inch and has a spool. car has manual steering and manual brakes. has a fuel cell in the trunk and power shut off on the tail panel. headlights,turn signals,wipers all work. the rear bumper is fiberglass and both are painted to look aluminum. the interior is there but it is untouched. the original seats would need to be recovered and the door panels show there age as well. there is no headliner in the car but there is a new one included. the head liner trim and arm rests are included. the hood is a fiber glass thunder bolt hood. currently set up as alift off but the hood hinges are included if you wanted to change that. there are no inner front wheel wells hower i can get some out of a parts car for an extra $50.00-they are not included in the auction. currently has a single high and low beem head light set up but original 4 head light set up is included and the wiring is still on the car.the rear tires have less then 100 miles on them and the fronts have good tread. car hasn't been driven much the last 2 years and the brakes need work/adjustment(the pedal is good and high,1 of the fronts grabs harder then then the other probably an easy fix). again this is a good project as the body and the floors are all nice and wouldn't take much to make it a fun cruiser. the parts in the picture go with it the car otherwise its what you see on the car in the pictures. please ask if you have any questions. car is sold as is and does have a clear wisconsin title. i do have more pictures i can email. please email or call with questions 9206603810.
