1974 Honda TL125 trials bike, has had some restoration done by the previous owner. I purchased this & a nice 1977 TT500 {TT500 not included in this auction, contact for more info} from a friend of mine as an investment, due to him wanting to buy a race car, & needed funds. He had just purchased both from his good friend that purchased this new as a teen, & it was in storage for over 25 years. He did the resto work on it just recently, which included a minor clean up of the inside of the tank, re-paint of the tank, fenders, NOS side covers & both fenders. The front fender isnt correct to the bike, but looks nice.The silver on all the body parts was painted by a pro, & the green is vinyl, not paint, he was fond of the Elisnore. The frame & other black parts, were painted by him, the frame was painted in place, without engine removal, so there is minor over spray hear & there. Here are some issues i noticed: both front forks leak a tiny bit, It has Renthal bars, the pet cock leaks when its in the off position, but dosnt when left in the on postion. Original front trials tire & rear tire new. When driving it, it feels like the clutch plates slip a tiny bit, but could be due to sitting for so long, but not sure, easy fix. Overall is that the bike is pretty clean, & low mileage appearance. Tank is nice inside, & both the side covers were NOS, before repaint. The rims & spokes look really nice. The bike starts on the first kick & runs good, no motor oil leaks, nice over all bike. Call for any more questions, 805-249-0370.
