Ford Fair Lane 500 If you buy the car and don't like it when you see it ill refund all your money ! I think that is fair. Its a Great car I think you'll like it! 260 Rebuilt cubic inch engine , 94,000 original miles. Car Runs Great and Transmission Shifts Perfectly. A lot of power for a 260 engine, may have been bored out when the Engine was Rebuilt. Engine rebuilt at 84,000 miles. Beautiful Exterior, no dents at all. A little rust on the chrome bumper. All other trim is Stainless Steel ! Could use a paint job.The interior is almost perfect, no rips or tears in seats. 1 visor the stitching is coming out. Head liner is nice except for 2 quarter size holes next to the end of the visors. The cloth weather stipping on the drivers side has about a 2 feet section that is fraying. Besides that everything looks good! Original carpeting. AM/FM CD Radio.The trunk has the original trunk mat with the 2 wooden side pieces that cover the wheel wells. Kind of funny, those were an extra when car was built. Spare tire and original bumper jack. The rear tires are bi-ply and in good shape with a lot of tread. Front tires are radials that are starting to crack. No Frame Rot. The underside of car is not rotted at all, just some surface rust in some places like the rear axle and leaf springs and front coils springs. I have more pictures of the under carriage. Front end is tight with new bushings installed. Car rides down the road straight, and handles corners well. The car was garage kept for many, many years. The 2 front tires are starting to crack. it needs a muffler and a piece of pipe right before the muffler. Horn doesn't work, and turn signals work but have to be manually switched off after you turn. Some deteriation at rear wheel wells that I have recently fixed. I hate to sell it but I'm Selling the car because I'm saving for a motor home.
