This car has NO TITLE or registration and will be sold on a Bill of Sale only. NY State does not issue titles for vehicles prior to 1973. This is a 1963 Ford Falcon Futura convertible showing 21,439 miles on the odometer, probably 121,439 but I don’t know for sure. This is a one owner car prior to me, with all original paint, original interior and original rust. There has been no Bondo, patch panels, or any other bodywork done to this car, so the rust you see is what it has. It has rust in the usual places as shown in the photos. The only real rust on the upper body is over the right headlight. The rest of the upper body, hood, trunk lid and doors are all solid. Underneath, the inner rockers are very rusty and need to be repaired or replaced. The outer rockers, floor pans, bottoms of the doors are all solid, but the inner rockers will need some work. On the plus side, the car starts, runs, shifts and stops. It “yard drives” well enough to move it around and load on a trailer, but I have not taken it out on the highway. It definitely needs a complete tune up and a carburetor cleaning. I am sure that the plugs and ignition components are at least 30 years old. It will need a battery and some exhaust work. The interior is original and in very nice condition. The power top goes up and down smoothly. The top is in good shape except the plastic rear window has a split in it. All of the glass is intact and the instruments work. This car needs work but it will make a great restoration project. The car is for sale locally and I will entertain reasonable offers.
