I bought this car a while back as a project car, I was told all it needed was a tune up and front shocks. THEY LiED. It needs work, when I brought it home I was very impressed with how it drove and rode, seemed to have lots of power on the highway but ran rough at idle and slow speeds. Turned out it needed some tie rod end parts and in the process of installing them I found out the drivers side spring tower was rusted out, since then I found our this is a common problem with the E series Mercedes and the local dealership said it would be around 6-$800.00 to fix it up so the car has just been sitting around waiting for me to get some extra money which never happens so it is time to let it go to another home. My son put a dent in the drivers side door and the rear bumper has a hole in it but it can they can both be repaired.
