1969 Volkswagen Beetle, answers to Gracie.Odometer reads just under (1)25,000.Runs great. Interior is vinyl and has been nicely redone including the headliner.Radio is new in 2014 but is vintage style with AM/FM/Aux so an mp3 player or phone may be plugged in. The dash was replaced in 2014 and the carpet has no wear. Exterior paint is less than perfect with some specks visible in certain areas. The running boards show some wear and deterioration. Overall, the car looks nice at a glance and not as nice under close inspection. The glass is like new with no chips or cracks. The vinyl letting can be easily removed if desired. The motor is 1500cc which is standard on the 69's. It runs well and has had a fresh tuneup including plugs, cap, rotor and wire-set. The points have been replaced with an electronic device which requires no maintenance. The clutch, brakes and tires have minimal wear. This was used as a daily driver for the last year or so. Aside from the minor cosmetic issues it is a nice car. Like all vintage VW's, it shows a few drops of oil on the pavement after driving. Overall, it should prove to be mechanically sound and reliable. The title is clean.
