Vehicle Detail
Earliest version of a venerable classic. I restored this a few year ago then lost interest and it has sat. Paint is exceptional, chrome is between perfect and good with the exception of the front rim in a few small spots. I did my best to show all with the photos. Has a brand new battery and all electrics work fine. Has new tires but I see the rear has starting getting small age checks in the sidewalls. She is wearing aftermarket pipes but comes with the originals too. The originals are not rusted but are sort of minor dinged up. The suspension and brakes work fine. Tank is clean and essentially rust free inside. The engine is strong; these were durable and hard charging little bikes, and the transmission and clutch are good too. However, like a lot of bikes of this vintage, it starts, idles, runs, rides, but the carbs either need work or replacement with one of the modern style carb kits they sell for the 350s. I simply don't have the time to fiddle anymore and really need the space it has been occupying. Let, see: Has new Uni air filters but comes with a set of two new stock paper filters and the steel airbox covers that went with them. The seat cover is original and has no visible tears, but there is some wear on the underside. The prior owner said the tachometer had gone bad and been replaced with one a couple of years newer a long-long time ago. Other than that it has all the correct K0-specific stuff. The original owner painted some of the engine black. That is not original but I sort of liked it and let it be. Any appearance defects are visible in the photos. The only known mechanical defect is the carburetor function. The buyer is responsible for pickup. If buyer arranges shipping I can see that it gets on the truck at a mutually agreed upon time. If prearranged I may be able to deliver within a few hours of western PA if buyer covers expense, but ask before bidding.
