I purchased this ATV in 2008 and have hardly used it....most of its life has been in storage unit.....I'm the second owner and have original Texas Title signed by original owner but I never transferred it to my name since I was planning on shipping ATV to my florida vacation home.....FL does not title ATV/Dirtbikes like Texas.....anyhow it will by your responsibility to arrange Title components as you see fit upon purchase.....great bike for repair and use or for parts....easy to see from pictures that the ATV has not been used much at all.....
