THIS BABY CAME OUT OF MONTANA A FEW YEARS AGO AND HAS AN OHIO TITLE SHOWING 58000 ACTUAL MILES AND LAST STATE OF ISSUE MT. IT DOES SAY ACTUAL ON TITLE. *TITLE NOTE: I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK AS A 1957 IH 4X4 AND I HAVE A TITLE THAT SAYS 1959 ALONG WITH A 1983 MONTANA REGISTRATION THAT SAYS ITS A 1959. I THINK ITS A 57. BOTH HAVE VIN # 80884 AS ON TRUCK. YOU ARE BUYING IT THE SAME WAY, MEANING TITLE IS GOING TO SAY 1959. I BELIVE ITS A 57. BODY HAS NO RUST HOLES EXCEPT AT THE FRONT OF BED IN 3 SMALL AREAS. ALL OTHER RUST SPOTS ARE SOLID. I MAY HAVE MISSED ONE BUT I DOUBT IT. IS BUMPED UP A BIT BUT ITS A TRUCK, RIGHT, AND THE PETINA IS REALLY NICE. YOU CAN REALLY JUST PUT TIRES ON IT, FIX THE SEAT AND TAIL LIGHTS AND GO WITH IT. THE WINDSHIELD IS CHIPPED IN 3 PLACES AND A SMALL CRACK AND OBVIOUSLY THE BACK WINDOW IS SMASHED... GREAT PETINA ON THIS FACTORY 57 IH 4X4 3/4 TON TRUCK. THE ORIGINAL, AS WE ARE TOLD, 6 CYL ENGINE STARTS RIGHT UP WITH OUT SMOKE AND DRIVES GREAT, MINUS THE FACT THE TIRES NEED RPLACED FOR THEY ARE A BIT WEATHER CRACKED. CLUTCH WORKS PERFECT AND THE 4 SPEED TRANS WITH GRANNY GEAR. THE LOW GEAR SELECTOR WORKS BUT HAVENT BEEN ABLE TO GET 4X4 TO WORK. STEERS GOOD, TOO.
THIS BABY CAME OUT OF MONTANA A FEW YEARS AGO AND HAS AN OHIO TITLE SHOWING 58000 ACTUAL MILES AND LAST STATE OF ISSUE MT. IT DOES SAY ACTUAL ON TITLE.
*TITLE NOTE: I BOUGHT THIS TRUCK AS A 1957 IH 4X4 AND I HAVE A TITLE THAT SAYS 1959 ALONG WITH A 1983 MONTANA REGISTRATION THAT SAYS ITS A 1959. I THINK ITS A 57. BOTH HAVE VIN # 80884 AS ON TRUCK. YOU ARE BUYING IT THE SAME WAY, MEANING TITLE IS GOING TO SAY 1959. I BELIVE ITS A 57.
BODY HAS NO RUST HOLES EXCEPT AT THE FRONT OF BED IN 3 SMALL AREAS. ALL OTHER RUST SPOTS ARE SOLID. I MAY HAVE MISSED ONE BUT I DOUBT IT. IS BUMPED UP A BIT BUT ITS A TRUCK, RIGHT, AND THE PETINA IS REALLY NICE. YOU CAN REALLY JUST PUT TIRES ON IT, FIX THE SEAT AND TAIL LIGHTS AND GO WITH IT.
THE WINDSHIELD IS CHIPPED IN 3 PLACES AND A SMALL CRACK AND OBVIOUSLY THE BACK WINDOW IS SMASHED... BUT AT LEAST I DID TAPE IT SO PCS. DONT FALL ON YA. WINDOWS AND VENTS WORK. HEADLIGHTS, A BRAKE LIGHT AND DASH LIGHTS WORK. WIPERS AND HEATER WORKS. GAS GAUGE, ALT GAUGE AND TEMP WORKS.
