offered for sale is a very nice mostly original cl350 scrambler. first a little history on the bike from the past few years. I bought the bike back in april of 2015 from a man in Omaha ne.. He bought it from Dillon Bros. cycles in Omaha in the fall of 2014. Dillon Bros had this bike hanging from the ceiling as a display bike and decided to auction off over 150 bikes last fall. This was one of those bikes.. the guy in Omaha paid 1900 for the bike in non running condition and never really got it to run right.. then I bought it in april.. This is what I have done to the bike since I've owned it. replaced the crapped out cv carbs with period correct mechanical slide carbs from a Honda sl350 motosport along with new cables and NOS k&n filters. also I retimed the bike and replaced the oil and spark plugs. ( this gave the bike much snappier bottom end power and it starts right off now no matter how long it sits.) It does have some issues though, just found out the kick starter does not engage so it cant be used to start the bike but the electric starter works fine. The lights for the speedo and tach don't work. The gas valve needs to be turned off when not riding or fuel drains from the carbs this is because the floats are slightly out of adjustment. It is hard to find neutral when the bike is running otherwise the tranny shift fine. otherwise a very fun bike to run around on.. Price dropped from when I first listed it because I just bought a cb500x Honda and want to put some accessories on it. Reserve price on listing is $ 750.00
