One of the most iconic and saught after classics on the market today. Please review the entire description.. check out the pics and feel free to ask any and all questions. When we retailed this classic 19 years ago it was a very nice car then.. today it is in the same condition or if not better with updated front disc brakes and updated tires and wheels. The previous owner always stored this 57' inside and it has always been cared for and well maintained. This is a very nice driving classic.. one trip around the block and this car will instantly make you feel like you are taking a step back in time. The body on this classic is straight and very nice.. body lines match up excellent.. doors, trunk and hood shut with ease. We have had this car on the hoist and this classic is very clean. Appears to be all original with no signs of being tampered with what so ever... the floors, frame and trunk are all in awesome shape and appear to be completely original. The paint on this 57' Chevy looks the same as it did when we sold it 19 years ago.. paint looks great throughout the entire car and only has a couple of small flaws due to its age and being driven. Overall this is a very sharp car that represents a true American classic when you're cruising down the road. The engine is a 283 C.I. V8. I have not confirmed numbers.. but it does have the original oil filter canister and it appears to be the same engine when we sold it back in the day. Starts right up with a pump of the throttle and a touch of the key... runs nice and smooth. Automatic transmission shifts properly.. no worries at all.. just get in and enjoy! The interior on this classic is in excellent condition and really adds to the appreciation of this car. The seats, carpet, dash, door panels and headliner are all in great condition, showing very minimal wear. I am not a huge fan of aftermarket radios in classic cars.. but this one was done professionally.. am/fm/cd added in the glove box caparment.. looks and sounds great! The speedometer does not work.. but everything else functions properly. Windows, lights, turn signals, wipers all work great. Overall if you want a true classic that is going to raise in value every year this 57' Chevy is for you.
