1971 El Dorodo Convertible 30,000 miles. This car as the story goes was once owned by Charlie Betts of Betts Cadillac of Des Moines Iowa, and was in his personal collection. Car runs well, air works, and has brand new vogue tires at the cost of $1,000. Also has original hub caps. The trunk is pretty well complete. All the windows work, cigarette lighter, powerlocks, windshield wipers all are functioning. It also has brand new $1500.00 convertible top, the top itself is going to need a little work, as it only goes half way down. It appears when the new top was installed, the bolts that hold the 2 pistons that pulls the top all the way down, are missing. It has new brakes, and this car can be driven DAILY. Does have certain spots of rust. The drivers side rear lower quarter panel has had rust repaired, and there is minor rust on the drivers side rocker panel that is not visible from the outside. Other than that, it is a solid car. frame is good and has one repaint. The interior does show some signs of sunfade in certain spots in the front seat. But there is no rips or tears. I realize that the potential buyer cannot get here visibly to see it, but I will say, the exhaust is quiet, and the car does not smoke. There are no leaks. This is our first time placing a car on ebay, we would like to have a good seller rating, so I will do my best to describe this car in the worst condition than it really is. Mostly every part is in tact. All glass is good, rear bumper shows signs of needing to be re-cromed. This is a bargain at this price, find another one. The last 2 pictures will show the mechanisms that are not hooked up because the bolts are missing. This car is seriously priced right. It doesn't have a lot of issues. It is a good cadillac that needs someone to bring it all the way home, but like I mentioned before, it could be enjoyed right now.
