For Sale; 1974 Ford Ranchero Squire with 67802 original miles. VIN# 4A494HI37693. In storage since 1993, Clear Title. For your information; this car has been in the same family for most of its life. Originally purchased as a Used Vehicle by a Uncle, in St. Louis with very low mileage, later sold to current family member. Car is located in St. Louis Mo 63123. Options: 351 Cleveland, C-6 Transmission, Power Steering and Brakes, AC, Remote Outside Mirrors (both functional), Inside Hood Lock with Key. Car was last driven in 1993. When the car went into storage the mechanical systems (Engine, Transmission, Differential (Axle Code 6), Brakes, Steering and Suspension were all functional, except for the A/C system, which needed a new compressor at that time. The gas tank and fuel system will probably need to be replaced because of storage. Engine turns by hand, have not tried to start/run. Original body is in good condition and no accident damage. There is very little evidence of rust on this original car. A small amount of rust is evident on the Right Rear Quarter and below Driver Door in Rocker Panel. Surface Rust is visible in Bed area, but the Bed is in very good condition, see photos. Original paint is in fair condition, has some oxidation, may buff-out nicely. Nice Grill and Front and Rear Bumpers. Plating is still nice and bumpers are straight. There is a slight ding on bottom side of the front bumper. The Wood Grain Decals are in fair condition, some checking and oxidation. The interior may look rough, but it is actually in good condition, just very dirty, should clean-up nicely. Steering Wheel is cracked in one place. Dash is not cracked. Both seats are solid and do not have any rips/tears in the material. Door panels dirty but solid and no signs of damage. The Headliner is solid no tears. The only issue with the interior is the center Arm Rest, see photo. Original Jack is behind seat. This vehicle needs your help but it is a solid, complete car not requiring a lot of rust or body damage repair. Inspection is available by appointment only. No warrant implied or offered. No extra parts. We do not provide transportation. Car rolls, no brakes. We do have a flat loading area for large transporters. Wench will be necessary for loading.
