I was there when my uncle ordered this 1978 Chevy 3/4 Camper Special--(TWO GAS TANKS & TWO BATTERIES)-- pickup from Audery Chevorlet in Windsor Ct. A week later he bought a Honey Bee camper. The Camper has never been off. Always garaged. I do have the like new tailgate. The original grille is dry rotted and cracked and I have a replacement grille for it. It was Ziebarted (rustproofed) when new . The last year it was registered was 1998 . I do put fresh gas in it and start it a couple of times a year and drive it around the block to keep all the parts moving. I doubt if it ever saw rain never mind snow !!!!
