Unfortunately for me (but fortunately for you) I am selling my beloved Silver 2002 SV650S in Sonic Silver with only 5,775 miles on her.She has nearly mint Michelin Pilot Power 3 tires with about 60 miles on them.I have upgraded the battery to a Shorai lithium rechargeable battery and routed a charging cable for storage through the trunk. The Shorai charger/tender and cable are included. This thing is great! I've never had to recharge it, and I'm not even certain it needs to be kept on the tender, but I do anyway.The exhaust was upgraded to a race mount M4 titanium full system 180 miles ago, and it's wonderful! I have installed a second set of carburetors that were re-jetted to suit, and this has given the bike even more pull than it already had. If yu love V-Twin torque, you'll love this setup, but if you rally want the original setup you can take it back to factory by reinstalling the factory exhaust and original stock carbs with factory needles and jets I've included in this sale.The front turn signals have been replaced with clear-lense flush mount indicators with amber bulbs. Both factory turn signal are included, but the left side signal stem was snapped by a moron in a parking lot and needs to be replaced.I use a painted solo-tail trunk cover instead of the factory pillion seat (because of the exhaust). You can see in the photos that the paint is scratch from having fallen on gravel when I was taking a break. The seat and passenger foot pegs are included if you really want them.Other bits include some really nice R&G frame sliders (never tested), some sharp Vesrah sintered break pads (front and back), and a dark smoke double-bubble windscreen, which makes a huge difference in long-distance highway riding as well as reading the instruments in bright sunlight.I am also including two disc locks and a Kryptonite Noose chain with lock, a Pit Bull rear stand, both the shop manual and owner's manual, a third set of shot carbs along with various seals and bits I bought for practicing maintenance, a bungie net, extra headlight bulbs, some sport-bike setup books, all of the factory hardware removed for the above upgrades, and the factory break pads with lots of life left in them.I am located in Maplewood, NJ, so make your shipping arrangements before you buy.
